Admin Team Leader – Penrith

This is an exciting time to be joining our team in Penrith, as we have recently increased our presence in the North of England by opening a new depot in Penrith where we plan to service our current Customers and increase our service offering in this area. A bit about the role

This is a broad administration role, focusing on internal and external customer service and support. You will manage and assist with the provision of a comprehensive range of administrative and stock related activities to provide the highest service levels that enable us to fulfil our responsibilities to our customers, suppliers and employees and achieve our profit budget.

You’ll manage all invoicing, accounts, petty cash, stock related processes and banking requirements, plus the accurate preparation of the depot’s salary data. You will also uphold standards to make sure that processes and reporting requirements are adhered to, so that we meet our legislative and corporate governance requirements.

You will manage, motivate and develop a small administration and stock team, leading by example to ensure that the whole team achieve and maintain the highest standards of administration, customer service and stock integrity.

A bit about you

We are looking for someone with administration experience in a similar, fast-paced environment, where you have constantly driven high standards through attention to detail, process and team development.

You will be happy working in a structured fashion but be looking for innovative ways in which you can solve problems, support colleagues and generally add value to the organisation’s operation and customer service.

A clear, concise communicator at all levels, you’ll play an influential role with your peers with the vision and business acumen to positively affect the wider commercial business.
