We will process your account and email your log-in details for our online shop within 48 hours (Mon-Fri, excl bank holidays). Once you have your details, go to our homepage – and click the green ‘order online’ button in the top right corner to log in and start shopping.

Your account should take no more than 48 hours (Mon-Fri excl bank holidays) to set up. So, if you register on a Thurs or Friday, you may not hear back until the following Monday/Tuesday.

If you have waited more than two working days (excl weekends and bank holidays), please email your full name, post code and email address to Click&CollectHomeDel@bidfood.co.uk and we will look into your query.

Please note that this email is only for queries to do with your Bidfood account set up – once your account is live, all queries about products, orders, deliveries and payments should be directed to the Bidfood Direct contact at your local depot (once logged in, click the ‘Contacts’ link in the footer of the Bidfood Direct website, and this will give you the contact details for your local depot.).

There is a minimum order of £100 for home delivery. There is no minimum order for click & collect.

We stock a large range of products across ambient, chilled and frozen – from fresh meat to flour, rice and pasta, from tinned fruit and frozen vegetables to tea bags and toilet paper. As our range was built for caterers, you will find that many pack sizes are bigger than supermarket ones – e.g. pasta in a 3kg bag, although some products are available in ‘splits’ meaning you can buy one large tub of, for example, pesto instead of a case of 6 tubs. Sizes and pricing will all be available once you are logged into the shop.

Yes. When you register for click & collect, you will see a list of depots to choose from. You are free to pick
any depot that you are happy to travel to.

First step is to go back to the registration from on our website (Become a customer) form as enter your post code – the form will then confirm if we cover your area. If we do, please email us at Click&CollectHomeDel@bidfood.co.uk to let us know you would like to change your application and we will process this amend for you.

We are having to roll this out in line with the available capacity by depot and are continuously adding new area when we can. We are also supporting the government with care packs for the most vulnerable across England, Scotland and Wales, so our offer has to ensure we have the available vehicles and stock to provide these additional services.

Once you are set up with online shopping, all queries about product, pack sizes, how to use the shop, technical queries etc. should be directed to your local depot. Once logged in, click the ‘Contacts’ link in the footer of the Bidfood Direct website, and this will give you the contact details for your local depot.

This will only be the case if you are set up for click & collect. For home deliveries, you should see your home address registered. If you applied for home delivery and we do not offer this in your postcode but we can offer click & collect from your local depot instead, you should have received an email from us to confirm this. (Please note that if you are based in Scotland, all click&collect accounts will show our Edinburgh depot as the delivery address – if you have requested Oban or Inverness, this is still where you will collect your order from – it is just that your order will be processed via Edinburgh).

Queries to do with your orders and/or deliveries should be directed to your local depot. Once logged in, click the ‘Contacts’ link in the footer of the Bidfood Direct website, and this will give you the contact details for your local depot.

Your local depot will guide you on how to collect your order. Once your account is set up and an order has been placed for click & collect, you can select the day, and the depot team will then contact you to confirm a time for collection. To maintain social distancing upon collection, your order will be brought to your car so please follow the team’s instruction upon arrival.

Please note that if your query is to do with placing an order, or a current order/delivery, you will need to contact your local depot as we do not have access to your online shopping profile – this is held by your local depot (details available via the ‘Contacts’ link in the footer of the online shop once you have logged in).

You cannot register for this scheme via Bidfood – we are only the delivery company for this. Instead, please use this link to sign up, if you are based in England: https://www.gov.uk/coronavirus-extremely-vulnerable Those in high risk groups in Scotland and Wales should register for the deliveries through their local authority.
