Crispy chicken fillet burgers with lemon mayo

Ingredients

Paragon crispy battered chicken fillets 4
Dijon mustard 1 tsp
Lemon zest ½ lemon
Everyday Favourites light mayonnaise 4 tbsp
Ciabatta buns, warm or toasted 4

Method

  1. Place chicken fillets on a baking tray in a pre-heated oven at 200°C, Gas Mark 6 and cook for 18-20 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking.
  2. Alternatively fry in hot oil at 180°C for approximately 6 minutes, drain well before serving. Beat the lemon zest, juice and lots of black pepper into the mayonnaise.
  3. Spread some of the mayo onto the bottom halves of the buns, top with a crispy battered chicken fillet and salad of your choice and serve.
