Bidfood is expanding its range of cooked, sliced meats with the launch of new premium range: Farmstead Deli
The range has been designed to meet the growing demand from a new generation of ethically savvy consumers, prepared to pay a premium price for traceable, quality, British meat sources.
Working together with its trusted Farmstead suppliers and experts, Bidfood has sourced meats of the highest quality and created a comprehensive product range that carries either Red Tractor or Quality Mark Scotland (QMS) Certification.
Among the products featured in the Farmstead Deli range, salt beef topside and red brisket pastrami were both chosen due to growing popularity in street-food inspired tastes and continental meats.
The Farmstead Deli range is available now and comprises:
- Farmstead Deli salt beef topside
- Farmstead Deli red brisket pastrami
- Farmstead Deli dry cured gammon ham
- Farmstead Deli mustard ham
- Farmstead Deli Yorkshire ham
- Farmstead Deli turkey butterfly skin on
- Farmstead Deli cooked beef topside
Gokhan Ozcan, Bidfood’s Farmstead Category Manager says, “At Bidfood we monitor market trends and create product lines that enable our customers to offer consumers what they want. Farmstead Deli is an affordable premium range that clearly communicates quality assurance to consumers as well as offering some on-trend, delicious flavours.”
The new Deli range will complement Farmstead’s existing, extensive fresh meat offering and 30 frozen meat lines. Customers also benefit from a dedicated sales team as well as regional butchery experts readily available for support.
