The experts at ViVAS have hand selected a range of Britain’s favorite grape varietals to provide a flexible offering which operators can use as the ‘back bone’ for their wine menus with something to suit everyone’s palate. The range includes smooth and velvety Chilean Merlot, light and crisp Australian Pinot Grigio, rich and complex Australian Shiraz, luscious and fruity Californian Zinfandel Rosé, and fresh and pure Chilean Sauvignon Blanc.
The vibrant, colourful labels are numbered one to five to give operators and staff who don’t have extensive wine knowledge, the confidence to sell and serve the Chalk Farm range.
ViVAS Marketing Manager, Matt Towe says: “The Chalk Farm collection consists of all the essential variants needed for pub, restaurant and bar operators to offer consumers a complete, well-rounded wine menu. Whilst more experienced operators can use the collection as a core range to build on, and introduce more grape varieties, to create a more extensive wine list.
“With wine becoming the UK’s most popular alcoholic drink, where six in 10 people describe it as their ‘drink of choice’, the majority of consumers know what they like and what they want to drink when making out of home purchases. It’s vital that operators get their wine menus spot on, and this can be daunting for those with limited knowledge and resources. The Chalk Farm range fills this gap with approachable and instantly recognisable labels to make it easy for consumers to identify their favourite grape – which in turn helps operators and staff who don’t have much experience in selling wine, give consumers exactly what they want.”
Specialist Chalk Farm point of sale kits with branded t-shirts, aprons, wine coolers and chalk boards are available to assist operators.
