At this year’s TUCO exhibition, Bidvest Foodservice will be presenting a range of innovative products for the university sector, and showing chefs and caterers how high street trends can translate onto university menus.
The foodservice provider is also hosting three sessions in the TUCO Live Lounge:
- 21 July 11.45am. New food ideas.
The Development Team will explore the trends influencing the foodservice industry, and show delegates how to interpret them for the university market to stay ahead of the game.
- 21 July 3.30pm. Blind taste-testing. Brands vs own label.
Big brands will be pitted against Bidvest Foodservice own label goods in this interactive taste test session, giving delegates the opportunity to judge taste and appearance for themselves.
- 22 July 10am. ViVAS wine tasting.
Wine experts from ViVAS by Bidvest Foodservice will present wines from around the world in this wine tasting session. Delegates can get the low down on why flavour profiles matter and learn how to make the most of their wine offer.
