Tex-Mex burger

    Ingredients

    Fontinella sliced jalapenos 100g
    Zorba delicacies guacamole 200g
    Sour cream 100g
    Everyday Favorites beef chilli con carne 650g
    Santa Maria original tortilla chips 100g
    Premium Selection steak burger puck 10
    Beef tomato 2
    Cos lettuce 2
    Hellman's mayonnaisse 200ml
    Premium Selection brioche burger bun 10
    Montery jack slices 20

    Method

    1. Collate all your ingredients
    2. Grill your burger & bacon - to your liking  and keep warm
    3. Slice your tomato & cos lettuce and keep chilled until required
    4. To build your burger - toast the bun and keep warm
    5. Top the base of the bun with mayonnaise
    6. Build up with cos & sliced tomato
    7. Top with the burger and monterey jack slices grill until the cheese is slightly melted
    8. Top with the tortilla chips, warmed chilli, guacamole, sour cream & jalapeños
    9. Finish with the top bun & serve
