Raspberry & vanilla swirl shake

Ingredients

Food heaven vanilla non dairy ice cream x4 scoops
Alpro sweetened soya milk 200ml
Da vinci gourmet strawberry dessert sauce 30g
Fresh raspberries frozen overnight 20g
Fresh mint sprig of
Milk goblet 10.25oz

Method

1. Make the shake with a blender; add the vanilla ice cream with 200ml soya milk. 2. Drizzle the sauce around the milk goblet then pour in the shake, turning the glass as you pour to get a swirl effect. 3. Top with another scoop of vanilla, the frozen raspberries and more sauce, and finish with the mint.
