Coconut and date balls

Ingredients

Sunflower seeds 65g
Pumpkin seeds 65g
Everyday Favourites medium desiccated coconut 56g
Everyday Favourites whole hand pitted dates 450g
Everyday Favourites pure Canadian maple syrup 30g
Quaker gluten free porridge 100g

Method

  1. In a food processor add the seeds and coconut and pulse until they are lightly crushed down then place into a bowl.
  2. Next add the dates, maple syrup and oats and blitz until mixed then add back the seed mix and combine until evenly mixed.
  3. Make into small golf ball size pieces and roll in more coconut before serving.
